A Toronto man who won a $27.9 million dollar jackpot said he was in such a state of disbelief – he kept it a secret for more than a month.
29-year-old Ginno Torres bought the winning ticket on June 22.
He was so stunned to find out that he had won, he checked his ticket at three different stores.
Torres recalled feeling absolutely “stunned” and “numb.”
Once he finally told his family after more than a month, he promised to use the jackpot to take care of everyone.
