Saturday 4.4.15:

7am: Lagoon Half Marathon – Lagoon Amusement Park, Famington. Race fees: $65-110. Runners also get a park day pass with fee.

8am: Out Of The Darkness Suicide Prevention Awareness Walk – Shepard Union Atrium, Ogden. Donation: whatever you wish.

8am: Saltair Half Marathon – Great Salt Lake Saltair. Running fee: $25-65.

10am: Saturdays at the Museum – Museum of Anthropology, USU Campus. Arts and crafts for families, admission is free.

10a-5p: Baby Animal Days, American West Heritage Center, Wellsville. Tickets $7-9.

10a-6p: St. George Arts Festival – especially kid-friendly. Free admission.

10am: Alladin – Ballet West. Capitol Theatre, SLC. Tickets: $15.

10a-5p: Collegiate Baseball: UofU, Weber State, Utah Valley, BYU. Check here for specific times and location.

10:30am: Pre-School Sensory Hour – wonderful for children with special needs. Weber County Main Library, free admission.

11am: “The Games Maker” beautiful children’s film at the SLC Main Library, admission is free.

1pm: Woodland Fairy Tea Party and Parade – Gardner Village, event is free but face painting and treats are up to $5.

2pm: Historias es Espanol – SLC Library, Chapman Branch. Free admission.

7pm: Utah Grizzlies vs. Alaska Aces – Maverick Center, WVC. Tickets: $12-35.

7:30pm: Short Attention Span Theatre – 10 minute plays, Noorda Regional Theatre, UVU, Orem.  Tickets: $12

8:45pm: April Fool’s Run – Sugarhouse Park, SLC. Race fee: $15-20.

9a-5p: Baby Animal Days – This is the Place State Park, SLC. Tickets: free to $11.

9a-4p: Summer Camp at Antelope Island State Park, Great Salt Lake. Kids learn about the lake, wildlife, camping and more. Tickets: $25 and include admission fee, supplies and lunch.

2pm: Alladin – Ballet West, Capitol Theatre, SLC. Tickets: $15.

5pm: Live Music & Apres-Ski Specials – Snowbird Ski Resort. Tickets are $4-20 depending on venue.

10a-5p: Extreme Mammals, Natural History Museum of Utah. Tickets: $0-12.

9pm: Karaoke Sundays – The Tavernacle, SLC. Tickets: click here.

9pm: Karaoke with Jackson – Summit Lounge, Layton. Tickets: see website.
